OCEANlab is a brand operated by Dash Media Ltd ("we", "our", or "us").
We carefully prepare every order and aim to get your OCEANlab products to you as quickly and safely as possible. This Shipping Policy explains our order processing, delivery options, estimated shipping timeframes, and other important shipping information.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or New Zealand public holidays.
New Zealand Shipping
We currently ship throughout New Zealand only.
Shipping costs and available delivery options are displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
- North Island: 1–3 business days
- South Island: 2–5 business days
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, peak periods, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking details (where available).
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If you've entered an incorrect address, contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to update your order before it is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee changes once it has been shipped.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue.
While we work closely with our shipping partners, OCEANlab cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs processing, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
